Working in medical facilities is a fine art not to be taken lightly. With such factors as immuno-suppressed patients, infection control, and complex medical equipment, construction can seem daunting; however, we have the experience and resources to make the construction process a smooth one and even enjoyable.

We work a lot in industrial buildings. Tilt-up, precast panels, clear height, overhead doors, depressed loading docks, mezzanines, bridge cranes, ESFR sprinkler systems, and industrial power can all be factors that come into play with industrial buildings. You can feel confident in entrusting all your industrial building needs to us.

We have built several restaurants, breweries, and tap rooms throughout the Twin Cities, Greater Minnesota, and Western Wisconsin. Grease ducts, Ansul/Piranha Fire Suppression Systems, hoods, make-up air units (MAU), kitchen equipment, beverage lines, and fixtures take a lot of coordinating and orchestrating. We have the systems and skills to keep them all organized.

The school year is set in stone. This dictates that we complete an incredibly large volume of work in a very small window. Knowing what are priorities to be pushed on the front end ensures a smooth turnover before the first day of school.
